sthree swathanthryam essay in malayalam

We believe that the root of the oppression of women lies in the division of society into classes and the economic and social relationships that this created. By giving women the worst job, with no job security, employers create a super-cheap workforce that they can hire or fire at will. Cheap women workers can be used as a threat against male workers, and as a way for employers to increase their profits by reducing the wage bill. Because women do not have real job security, they are often fired when they become pregnant, which means that employers do not have to pay additional benefits or maternity leave.

Unpaid work by women in the home provides employers with the next generation of workers at no additional cost, as women cook, clean and raise their children free of charge. They also deal with the sick and the elderly in the same way. The bosses say that the low wages of women are justified because men are the "winners of bread" in the family. But most working-class women do housework and join the work force. In this way, they work a "double shift" at a great personal cost. Women's low wages often keep them trapped in abusive and oppressive relationships. The media of the bosses are a key cause of such situations, because they promote images of hatred and exploitation of women, who say that women exist to be used and abused. Some men believe in these lies because of their frustrations about oppression at work or unemployment in their families and other women. Of course, this does not make such behavior acceptable, since such actions are intolerable. But these factors show that the sexist behavior of men is rooted in the conditions under capitalism, not in hormones or the biological nature of men, as the ruling class affirms.

So we recognize that while ordinary men can play a role in oppressing women, they are not the main cause of the problem. The problem can only be adequately addressed by challenging the sexist behavior of men (which divides the masses and is unfair) and by challenging the sexist structures of the capitalist system. We do not deny that ordinary men can benefit from the oppression of women in the short term in the sense that they may have a feeling of "superiority" towards women, or a slightly lower unemployment rate or better paid jobs. But in the long term, the oppression of women has disastrous results for men. Divide the struggles of the workers. It translates into lower general family income and lower job security for all. Create personal unhappiness

We recognize that all women suffer oppression. But wealthy women have access to maids, lawyers, etc., which allows them to "buy" the way out of the misery that ordinary women face. In fact, these women are part of the problem, since they defend capitalism and the State because they are their own class interests. Therefore, we believe that for women to be truly free we must destroy capitalism and build a society based on anarcho-syndicalism based on the class struggle. We do not agree with those feminists who think that all you have to do is for women to become leaders and policies to achieve equality. We want to destroy the existing power structures.
